I received an error

If you received an error prior to payment, please try again on another web browser. If the issue persists, please contact us.

• A description of where the error took place.

How do I dispute a charge?

All charges from Gro-Development will appear on your bank statement as "2025 Facility Summit". All sales are final, refunds and exchanges are evaluated individually and not guaranteed. To dispute a charge, please contact us.

What happens to my credit card info?

Where do I login?

There is no login for the Gro Summit registration website. You do not have a username or password for this website.

We collect and store data you enter into forms on our website.

Event Registration Form

We collect the following information about you for event registration. This data is used by our team for processing your registration, and providing you with event materials and access. We may contact you regarding your current and future registrations. We may share this information with our sponsors or hotel/lodging partners to provide you with event materials and access.

• Attendee first & last name.
• Attendee organization & title.
• Attendee email address.
• Attendee phone number.

Payment Information

Your credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment details are not collected or stored by the Gro-Summit website. This information is delivered directly to our PCI DSS compliant third-party payment processor, Stripe. They are an industry leader in credit-card processing and work directly with the banks and credit card companies on our behalf. Sponsorship Request Form

If you wish to become an event sponsor, you may submit a Sponsorship Request Form. We collect the following information to contact you about becoming a sponsor. This data is only used by our team to contact you. We do not share this information with third parties.

• Organization name.
• Organization website URL.
• Organization representative name.
• Organization phone number.
• Organization email.

Data Retention

We reserve the right to store registration and sponsorship information indefinitely. If you want your personal data removed you may contact privacy@pouncetek.com (please note, removing your information from our database will prevent us from providing refunds and access to the event).
